Stuart is a seasoned recruiter and talent management professional with over 20 years of experience in corporate, agency, and executive search roles. He is the Founder and President of HR Talent Alliance. He serves as the Director of Recruitment at Cyperus Group, an executive search firm specializing in finance.

Stuart has an extensive background in recruitment, business development, and sales management. His ability to understand organizational needs and deliver effective talent strategies has made him a respected leader in both the recruitment and HR communities.

Stuart has been an active leader in the New York City chapter of SHRM (NYC SHRM) since 2011. He served as President of NYC SHRM from July 2020 – June 2022 and currently holds the role of Board Director and Chair of the Career Journey Special Interest Group (SIG).

Stuart has earned the prestigious Brieger Leadership Award twice, in 2015 and 2018, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to both the chapter and the broader NYC HR community.
